01 — The Challenge

Mutant needed to migrate from their legacy Ochre platform to Shopify while preserving critical business data and minimizing disruption. The migration carried technical and operational risk, and the existing storefront lacked the performance, flexibility, and scalability required to support growth.

02 — Our Approach

NINE15 led the end-to-end migration from Ochre to Shopify—securely transferring customers, orders, products, and collections while validating data accuracy through comprehensive QA. We designed and developed a fully custom Shopify 2.0 theme with a strong focus on speed, responsiveness, and SEO, and implemented WMS, Google Analytics, and Google Shopping integrations.
