Any change to a retainer or package — moving down a tier, removing a package, pausing, or cancelling outright — takes 60 days' written notice. Moving up a tier or adding a package takes effect the following billing cycle, with no waiting period. Twelve-month terms hold for the full term and renew month to month after that.
